Preheat oven to 350 F. |

Put all of the main ingredients, except any optional ingredients, in a large bowl and stir until well blended. |

Stir in any optional ingredients (i.e. nuts, chocolate chips, coconut, etc.). |

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Drops should be around the size of a walnut. |
